the excavator is entering in the final stages of construction

still to do:
- 3 more buckets to make
- some minor brazing work to the body and undercarriage
- the electronics and the hydraulics
- fixing the driver' seat --> important
- finalizing the body cover with hinges for the cap covering the engine room

after bending all the flaps, I installed the black cover

I was a little too quick drilling the holes for the hinges in the aluminum plate So I had to repair the holes in the aluminum, which I did with the Easyweld flux rods. I am happy with the result.

This video shows the end result of the assembly of all the alu parts. I do still need to make the other 3 buckets. I am expecting delivery of the motors so I can start working on bringing the model alive

Die Getriebemotoren sind heute angekommen ...

Heute habe ich angefangen die Hydraulikleitungen zu machen. 1 Seite ist fertig so weit ...

Ich konnte nicht bis Morgen warten, um die zweite Seite zu tun. Das ist so viel Spaß!

Hier ist der heutige Status-Update auf meinem build (Entschuldigung, keine Bilder heute)

Ich habe alle diese Hydraulik mit Ausnahme der Pumpe erhalten. Die Zylinder sind bereits auf dem Modell angebracht. Ich werde auch weiterhin die Arbeit an der Hydraulik, sobald die Pumpe kommt auch zu beenden.

Die Motoren sind ausgerüstet. Ich habe gute Qualität Tracks auf Ordnung und erwarten die Lieferung noch in dieser Woche.

Ich muss noch die Controller für die getriebemotoren kaufen. Das ist das letzte, was zu tun ist, um das Modell zum Laufen zu bringen.

Ich weiß, es gibt günstige Hydraulik-Kits etc. auf dem Markt für weniger als 300 Euro, aber ich möchte, gute Qualität Teile kaufen, um meine persönlichen Modell fertig zu machen, wiel ich es für eine lange Zeit genießen wollen.

Am Anfang meiner alu Teilesatz, verbrachte ich insgesamt 1500 €, es zu beenden off mit guter Qualität Materialien. Ich habe keine Drehbank, sonst wäre ich in der Lage, mehrere hundert Euro weiniger zu Zahlen weil dann kunte ich die Zylinder und Stahlrollen selbst machen. Das heißt also, dass ich ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis Bagger haben.

Und die Raupen sind Heute angekommen.....

Ich habe ein Problem mit die Pumpe und den Motor Verbindung. Ich glaube etwas fehlt, um die miteinander zu verbinden .... weiß jemand was fehlt?
